做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
