做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
