做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
