做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待(dài )油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
