做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
