做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
