做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
