做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
