做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
