做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
