做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
