做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
