做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
