做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
