做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
