做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
