做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
