做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
