做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
