做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
