做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
