做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
