做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
