做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
