做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
