做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
