做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
