做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
