做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
