做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
