做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
