做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
