做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
