做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
