做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
